Idaho native, Kyle Paliotto's impressionist landscapes and animal paintings bring us an intimate perspective into farm life and the beauty of rural settings all around us.From his piglet portrait, (his family added three new porcine members this spring), to his masterpiece capturing a dramatic horse-drawn plow, his work is powerful and fresh, full of life and beauty.
Kyle tells us about his motivation for painting these charming scenes: "As an oil painter living in the rural area of North Idaho, I can't help but be influenced by the peace and beauty around me. I have a passion for the pastoral countryside and all that it encompasses, especially the animals. Painting and living close to the land bring me great joy. My hope is to share that passion through my paintings.
We invite you to Art Walk on June 15, 5-8pm, to enjoy Kyle's work in person. Join us for a Champagne toast and light dessert bites along with live Gypsy Jazz from the Toka Ensemble!
